Regional Sales Representative

Overview

We are currently seeking motivated individuals interested in a regional sales opportunity within the home improvement industry.

Representatives meet with homeowners who have expressed interest in improving their property and conduct in-home consultations to review available options and programs.

This role involves working directly with homeowners, explaining available solutions, and helping them move forward with projects that improve their homes.

Training is provided, and appointments are scheduled in advance.

This is a performance-based opportunity with strong earning potential for individuals who are comfortable working with customers and operating in a sales environment.


Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners who have expressed interest in home improvement projects
Conduct in-home consultations and presentations
Explain available programs and options clearly
Answer homeowner questions and guide them through the decision process
Complete required paperwork when customers decide to move forward
Maintain professional communication with customers


Compensation

Compensation is commission-based and tied to performance. Individuals who are consistent, organized, and comfortable working with customers can earn strong income depending on activity level and results.

Professional and personable
Able to work evenings or weekends when homeowners are available
Sales experience is helpful but not required
